The belt body adopts imported high-quality synthetic neoprene or EPDM rubber, and is equipped with a variety of rubber accessories for different purposes.
Chloroprene V-ribbed belts have certain cold and heat resistance properties. Its flexural resistance, aging resistance and ozone resistance are better than general unsaturated rubber. It has good oil resistance, solvent resistance and chemical stability. After fiber reinforcement, it can withstand higher lateral pressure and reduce deformation after stress.
The EPDM V-ribbed belt has better ozone aging resistance, weather resistance, and heat aging resistance, and its electrical insulation properties, chemical corrosion resistance, and impact elasticity (good elasticity retention performance at low temperatures) ).
The skeleton material is imported high-quality polyester cord or elastic core cord to provide better power transmission effect. The high-modulus and low-shrinkage polyester cord reduces the elongation of the belt during high-speed operation. The high-quality soft elastic cord ensures stable tension. Better achieve the mute effect.
The back of the belt is protected by a canvas or fiber layer, and its flexible top fabric can improve the lateral rigidity of the belt body, and can protect the core wire and withstand the friction of the tension wheel under high-speed and high-temperature environments.

1) If the V-ribbed belt makes noise during use, it may be due to the following reasons:
●Because of slipping, the belt should be wiped dry in time;
●It may be that foreign objects are embedded in the belt wedge groove, and the protective cover should be checked;
●Pulley Whether the installation is skewed, the position of the pulley should be adjusted in time;
●If large jumps are found, the belt tension should be increased appropriately;
 2) Wedge damage occurs during use of the multi-ribbed belt:
●Check whether the specifications and models of the pulley and belt match;
●Check whether the surface of the belt wedge is stained with solvents or other chemicals;
●Check the ambient temperature when the belt is used, and improve the cooling method;
●The process parameters of the pulley do not meet the standard or the pulley is rusty.
